1. What does child care cover?

Child care services typically include supervision, early education, meals (optional), and enrichment activities for children. The type of care can vary based on age group and the specific needs of your child.

3. Can I change or cancel my child care plan?

Policy Notice
Parents may submit written requests for changes at any time. However, if the request is regarding a withdrawal, a written two-week notice is required. Tuition for the two-week notice period must be paid in full, regardless of attendance, while the child remains enrolled.

4. How do I enroll my child in a child care program?

Enrollment is easy. You can sign up online or visit the facility in person. Be prepared to provide your child’s information, medical history, and any special care instructions during registration.

5. Will child care accommodate special needs or allergies?

Special Needs & Enrollment Notice
Please note that we are not a licensed special needs program. Parents are encouraged to tour the facility to determine whether our program is a good fit for their child(ren). Parents must inform the center of any allergies and provide all necessary documentation and prescriptions, if applicable.

Prior to enrollment, both the parent(s) and the Center Director must mutually agree that the facility is able to appropriately accommodate the child’s needs to ensure a safe and supportive environment for everyone.

6. Can I extend child care hours if needed?

Schedule Adjustment Policy
Parents may request adjustments to their child’s enrollment schedule; however, all schedules must remain within our licensed operating hours, which are 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Adjustments outside of these hours cannot be accommodated.
